AYANA and RIMBA’s management team last week spent a day ‘on the floor’ doing jobs such as dishwashing, guest service, watressing, and engineering, in a bid to analyze service processes and further improve guest experiences and employee satisfaction. As John F. Kennedy once said; “Leadership and learning are indispensable to each other.” Here are some snaps of the team ‘on the job’ during their cross-training experience.
